(We call it “The Little Apple”) Deb & daughter have been completely Gluten-Free since 2005 when they were diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an autoimmune condition requiring a lifetime commitment to a Gluten-Free diet. In 2012 the family followed their passion to bring healthy gluten-free options to Gluten-Free and mainstream consumers nationwide and Gluten-Free Prairie was born. At the heart of the family owned and operated business are 100% Purity Protocol Gluten-Free Oats. Grown in designated fields, harvested, and processed with gluten-free equipment.
