GOOD BAKLAVA IS HARD TO FIND! My name is Janet Heath. I have been making baklava for over twenty years. I started making it at my church and through the years have perfected my recipe. At Christmas time, I would make baklava for family and friends. My family and friends have loved it so much so, that I decided to make it available to everyone, all of the time. So, Baklava Unlimited LLC which is family owned and operated was born January, 2012 in Longmont,CO.
