About Botanica Basics Handmade Soap

Botanica Basics LLC is a farm based small business specializing in handmade soaps and botanically based bath & body care. We're located in Polk County, Missouri, in the lush rolling hills of the beautiful Ozarks. While we opened for business in 2006, we've been soap makers and cosmetic formulators since 2000. We use natural and natural based raw materials, plant oils, herbs and their extracts, essential oils, and top quality fragrance oils to create small batch, skin pampering products that are fresh and effective. We have 3 product lines: Botanica Basics, which is our standard fragranced line; Footsy's Farmacy, our foot care line; And our unfragranced line Scentless Planet, which has no added fragrances, no essential oils, no strong smelling herbs or extracts, and no added colors. We are one of the few handmade soap companies in the US that have a dedicated unfragranced product line. We rejoice every time someone tells us we've helped them.
