Hi, I’m Rose, the author and creator behind Wooly Books and Black Ridge Croft Farm Store. Our family farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia is home to a lively flock of sheep, who —along with memories of llamas and a goat from when our children were younger—inspire every page of the Wooly series. Our opening order minimum is $75 (approximately 6 books) and our reorder minimum is $36. This ensures your first shipment is full and display-ready, and lets us pack your order with extra care. These gentle, 8x8 picture books are written for children ages 3–8 and follow Wooly the lamb and his farmyard friends as they explore kindness, curiosity, and the beauty of farm life. Each story is filled with full-color illustrations, wholesome values, and a touch of adventure drawn from real farm experiences. What began as a way to share farm life with my grandchildren has grown into a book series and a brand that parents and grandparents love to share with the little ones in their lives.
