We got our start in 2014 when we would wake up before the sun to haul giant coolers of hand-made Plant Meat to the ‘butcher shop’ we set up at farmers markets in the middle of North Carolina’s ‘BBQ Belt’, but it wasn’t long before demand from our passionate customers drove us to expand into grocery stores coast to coast.
