At the end of the process, we get an animal-free whey protein that is bio-identical to conventional whey. We then build a plant-based milk alternative around that, and fortify it with vitamins and minerals. Bored Cow animal-free dairy milk has 8g of sustainable milk protein per cup, and is an excellent source of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12. We love dairy, but hate the impact it has on animals and the planet. So we set out to find a better way to make it – without factory farming, and with a fraction of the environmental footprint.
