Our Brand Story – Güero y Maria Güero y Maria is a small-batch, Mexican-inspired sauce and spice company based in Quincy, Washington. Founded by Allen Dearie, a Tijuana-born creative raised between Baja and San Diego, our brand blends bold flavors with deep cultural roots. We got our start running a Mexican market, where Allen learned from Oaxacan and Jaliscan cooks about real ingredients and traditional methods. Today, we’ve expanded to a 3-acre farm just outside Quincy—formerly a horse stable—now home to our production kitchen and growing flavor destination. We welcome visitors by reservation, just 5 minutes off I-90 and 15 minutes from The Gorge Amphitheatre. From grapeseed oil–based chili crunch to slow-fermented hot sauces and our signature Spice Bombs, we craft bold, effortless flavor using real chiles, warm spices, and traditional techniques—no fillers, no shortcuts.
