About Ghost Academy

We're ghost academy. We like things that are funny or cute or quirky, and especially enjoy things that are all three at once. we try to combine those qualities in our wares and just generally create stuff that makes us smile. A stockist once said “the thing about ghost academy is that their cards are really really cute but a lot of them are really sort of effed up too” and honestly that about sums it up. we make dark, silly, sweet greeting cards. We started selling cards in 2008 as the tiniest of operations, individually block printing each card by hand in our apartment's mini 80 square foot kitchen. Since then we've sold a few million cards and we absolutely love that our weird little cards have been enjoyed by so many people. We still pack each order by hand and know who each of our stockists are and appreciate all of them.Read their story
