Pernille Folcarelli is a Danish designer creating art prints, wall decorations and items that form natural, calm, and harmonious interiors. Pernille Folcarelli is dedicated to the beauty of botany and the fascinating details of nature. The style has a simple Scandinavian approach to interior decoration and brings nature and well-being inside. The inspiration comes from nature and botany in the local surroundings, where Pernille collects plants for printing. These are selected on the basis of shape, leaf structure, characteristic or their symbolism. In her workshop, the fresh plants are used to make imprints on paper through a hand-powered graphic press. Selected handmade prints are developed for collections of posters, postcards, textile wall decorations, wallpaper, curtains, trays and napkins. All products are manufactured in close collaboration with Scandinavian suppliers. Read their story
