We are proud to work with our wonderful artisan goup: a handful of amazing and skilled women in rural India who are also Fair Trade Certified. We believe our artisans are the beating heart of our company. We are passionate about what we do and the way we do it. The artisan women we work with are paid fair wages, have safe and healthy work environments, and are happy to be a part of our producer group. We have an open dialogue with our artisans about the impact fair wages make in their livelihood and the difference it makes in their lives, earning double compared to what women in their area would normally earn. This is women empowering women, dignity not charity. This is fair pay for an honest day's work.
