Our mission is to shine a light on Mental Health Awareness + Wellness initiatives with our Candles For A Cause initiatives. A portion of our profit goes back to funding therapy bills for individuals and communities who need it most. Our candles are toxin-free and made with premium coconut soy wax all hand-poured in small batches out of Albuquerque, NM. Forest certified wooden wicks provide a gentle crackle to relax and enjoy while burning at your home or office. Our modern, sleek design and vessels are built to be repurposed in customers homes to reduce waste and upcycle the Upside. Along with your order we send a complete branded welcome package including info like our mission, meet the maker and cards that promote 43 ways to upcycle your vessel when you're done! My name is Ashley and I'm the maker here at Upside. I started this business after quarantine wreaked havoc on my mental health. I decided to take my darker days and make them brighter by learning everything I could about "how to make a candle". I partnered that with my background in marketing and launch Upside in December of 2020 and haven't looked back since. It truly allowed me to 'find the upside' in my own life and I hope I get to share these quality candles with each of you!
