In 1986, Patrick Font began his journey by taking over the family farm. He created a small-scale production facility to make fruit juices and nectars from the farm’s exceptional fruits. In Saint-Romain-en-Jarez, the charming town near Monts du Lyonnais in Southeast France, where the workshop is located, hillside farming and an outstanding terroir allow fruits to fully express all their flavors. Patrick’s son, Romain, has since joined the company, and ingredient selection has gone far beyond their small farm in France, as they import the rarest, most exceptional fruits from across the globe.
