About Reliée Studio

"Turning waste into good design " Reliée Studio is a design studio that aims to give a second chance to materials, mainly textile, that have been left out of the production cycle. Cutting scraps, pieces with defects or remnants of previous collections, which would otherwise end up occupying space in a warehouse or discarded. In our creative process, we put craftsmanship at the center of the method, because each piece is designed from the material we have at the specific moment. That is why our collections are limited editions, built responsibly piece by piece, endowing them with the value that time, love and dedication give to each object. About us Soledad and Isabel are two bag designers based in Barcelona, who although from different backgrounds and educations, share a great passion for handbag design. Soledad is a fashion designer, attracted by crafts and pattern making. Isabel, architect, observes the world through a grid. In love with detail and perfection, we both share the desire to make a change in the fashion industry towards a more ethical and sustainable business model. Inspiration Our inspiration comes mainly from our journeys, photography and contemporary art; the Mediterranean culture and the conceptual architecture (such as Le Corbusier). In addition to having a very rich universe, we observe the current trends because we love keeping up to date and being able to play with new concepts and designs.Read their story
