I am Roman, founder of Hot Box Pretzels, About two and a half years ago, I dropped out of college and jumped full-time into this adventure. We started serving fresh, hand-rolled pretzels out of our food truck at farmers markets, music festivals, and college events around Florida. Since day one, we've been blown away by the response. We've sold out at nearly every event we've ever done. That momentum helped us dream bigger. We even competed on a Gordon Ramsay show in London, where I made it all the way to the final episode. That experience pushed us to create something new. We launched Pretzel Bites - fresh, never frozen, made with real ingredients, and packaged perfectly for snacking anytime, anywhere. Now, we have our own production kitchen and are shipping fresh pretzels straight to your door.
