My name is Esmeralda Jönsson. I'm the proud owner of LA Paper Lover, a high quality stationery store. I'm based in Tustin, California, a southern Los Angeles suburb. I grew up in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Uk when I was 16 then to Los Angeles in my twenties. I am a hard working and goal oriented, but also ethically conscious business woman with one foot in the latin community and one in the Anglo-Saxon. I am definitely proud of my roots, but in order to thrive in a new surrounding one must showcase a certain amount of adaptability. Apart from running the aforementioned business, I freelance as a graphic designer. I suppose you could say that aesthetics and beauty run as a red thread through my career (and life, even). I both hope and think that my love for paper and all its accessories is reflected in my work. Since I'm also a passionate snail mail writer, my designs are very apt for lovers of good, old-fashioned letter correspondence and that’s how my stationery line was born, out of my own need of creating unique letter sets and beautiful greeting cards.
