About Fat Gold

Hello! Fat Gold is an independent, woman-owned company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We partner with a network of trusted farmers to make oil from California's most interesting olives at our mill in the San Joaquin Valley. We love making olive oil, and we love talking and writing about it, too.
