I contacted them and they defended all their prices. Bad business practice to deceit the vendors wanting to sell their product. They lost my business.

We were accidently shorted one of the item that we had ordered. I was very impressed with the immediate response where I was given the choice for either a refund or a reshipment. We are awaiting the the reshipment now. I will order again with thi s company.

We like the nice size reusable bladder. It would be very helpful to retailers if they had marketing materials, pop display items or retail selling points. These need to be displayed to be appreciated but they take up space. The hydration bladder leaks which is disappointing and results in returns
