Davide Fazzini, founder of Erbe Alpine, grows up and lives in Premana, a small village in the Orobie Prealps in the province of Lecco. Following the advice and teachings received since childhood, in 2020 he decides to start a new business by creating the brand ERBE ALPINE. The products developed with specifically identified partner companies are born through the selection of specific raw materials typical of the mountain environment and following traditional processing techniques.
