We are the shop for retailers and brands looking for custom, full turnkey packaging, personal and home fragrance solutions. We engineer, source, fill and assemble in house. We build the goods. Our Beginning After 15 years of working for some of the most dynamic brands in beauty, Matthew Radasch started Schulz & Lyman on a couch with a laptop. The first two years trading print and the occasional primary package. Two or three customers helped pay the bills and facilitated a move from New York City to Maine. A move to a second floor suite over the local pub lasted another 8 months. In an effort to vertically integrate the company, a 2,000 square foot facility was purchased in order to begin fragrance filling and assembly. From there things grew and changed rapidly. 2020 brought sustained growth and little open warehouse and production space. A new facility in 2021 brings Schulz & Lyman to 18,000 square feet and 6.5 acres with dedicated production lines for fragrance and candles along with compounding, lab and fire proof burn test facilities.
