About Mitzi Wear
Mitzi Wear was created long ago in a magical place called Richmond, Va. When I was a young girl my mother and I would walk to the local bead shop and pick out treasures to make jewelry with. Years later I would go on to manage this same bead store for 8 years. Then tragically my momma, Mitzi as she was called by her friends, died. So I decided to leave Richmond and go to what I felt was a true magic city, New Orleans. After being around so many creatives and hustlers I decided to finally start my accessories business and name it after my late momma, Mitzi. All of my pieces express my mommas love, crass af attitude, and individuality.
