Haptic Lab began with a simple idea: that touch connects us—to each other, to our memories, and to the world around us. Founded by architect Emily Fischer in Brooklyn, we’re a small team of designers and makers creating sensory, handcrafted textiles that tell stories. Our quilted maps and kites are inspired by the natural world, traditional craft, and the belief that beauty should be thoughtful, ethical, and lasting.
