About Angry Gato Designs

Angry Gato Designs is an illustration brand by Lindsey Castellon (she/they), based in Portsmouth, NH. I create funny, cat- and critter-themed gifts designed to spark recognition, laughter, and connection. My collection includes stickers, magnets, suncatchers, keychains, coloring books, and small giftable goods featuring my original artwork. Products are designed for strong impulse sales with a small retail footprint and healthy margins. Angry Gato performs especially well in community-centered retail environments. In a recent coffee shop partnership (Oct–Feb 2026), a compact countertop sticker display averaged approximately $200/month in retail sales. In 2026, I launched the Ask the Cats Oracle Deck on Kickstarter with a $1,600 goal. The campaign reached its goal in 75 minutes and ultimately funded at over 5x the original target, demonstrating strong audience demand and engagement. I design, test, and refine everything myself, with a focus on items that are easy to display, easy to love, and easy to sell.Read their story
