About Noli South

The fermenting fanatics who refuse to blend in. We’re not your average kombucha company. Noli South started as a family thing, long before it ever became a business. It all began when we were expecting our first daughter, Magnolia, or Noli for short. We had no idea that this tiny human would end up inspiring our brewing journey and eventually become one of our toughest little taste testers. As our family grew, so did our obsession with making kombucha that actually tasted good. Fizzy, fresh, thoughtful, and made with real care. Noli and her two younger sisters have been part of the process from the beginning, whether they’re helping, tasting, giving honest kid-level feedback, or just bringing a little chaos into the brewery. At Noli South, we believe in keeping things small, intentional, and full of character. We’ve watched a lot of craft brands lose what made them special once they started chasing mass production. That’s not really our thing. We’d rather make something we’re proud of, know our customers by name, and send carefully brewed kombucha straight to the people who get it. We’ve been brewing in the sunny embrace of Panama City Beach, Florida since 2016, making kombucha for people who care about flavor, craft, and the story behind what they drink.Read their story
