Unfortunately the lack of communication from the brand and the slow fulfillment speed means I will not be ordering from them again. After almost a month, the order finally shipped, after I had already gone through the process of cancelling it through Faire. Both myself and Faire attempted to contact the brand multiple times with no luck. The only message I got was to let me know they had shipped the order after it was cancelled, leaving me to have to return it with Faire support help.
