Growing up, we became accustomed to the fresh and distinct flavors of the indigenous spices that came to us from the season they were harvested. That’s something we deeply missed and wanted to bring here to share with you. Each farming partner we select grows their crops organically in a way that restores and rebuilds the earth. Each spice is sourced during prime harvest season to ensure the true potency of these spices can be experienced – resulting in fresher, more robust fragrance, and flavors. Through our direct sourcing model, we eliminate intermediaries, which not only allows us to bring fresh spices, but enables us to compensate our farmers well above market rates, up to three times higher—250% more than fair-trade, empowering them to thrive. This is what distinguishes our spices - an approach that restores reverence to the spices, their flavor and the people who work hard to grow them.
