About Women's Peace Collection

Women’s Peace Collection is a woman-owned fair trade social enterprise dedicated to selling crafts handmade by marginalized artisans across the globe. Our wholesale collection features sterling silver, brass and gemstone jewelry designed and handcrafted in Bali by talented silversmiths. A small, close-knit group of artisans live and work together in a family-run fair trade cooperative and compound in Bali. Balinese silversmiths are renowned for a traditional and unique filigree style, resembling lace and scrollwork. The artisans pride themselves on honoring their culture while incorporating an innovative and modern touch with each piece they create. The jewelry is often accented with semi-precious stones, as well as abalone shell and mother-of-pearl. Women’s Peace Collection is a proud member of the Fair Trade Federation and the Museum Store Association. All of our artisan partners are paid excellent wages and our products are ethically sourced and consist of sustainable materials. Our mission is to help eliminate poverty and promote peace through fair trade practices. We also support an amazing non-profit in Bali called Bali Street Mums. This incredible organization rescues children and women from trafficking, abuse and assault, provides a safe house and refuge, and offers counseling, medical care and educational opportunities. They also feed 50+ hungry children per day and teach the women handicraft skills so they can support their families.Read their story
