As a Bronx native with over 15 years in retail management, I spent years watching my community show up for everyone but themselves. We’ve been taught to stay humble, to move quietly, to not take up too much space—even when we carry so much. I wanted to change that. There came a point when I knew I couldn’t keep building someone else’s dream while mine sat untouched. I stepped away from the 9-5 grind and started building something that felt more honest, more intentional. King Energy Only became my way of pouring into the people who pour so much into the world. This isn’t just a business. It’s a reminder: you deserve to feel powerful, grounded, and seen.
