Elevation Charcuterie is a Denver, Colorado based maker of craft meats like salami and pancetta. Elevation was born out of a butchers love for cured meats, and a desire for higher quality and newer flavors than what's available in today's market. Started in the founders basement, we now ship nationwide to all 50 states, and work with some of the best chefs and retailers in the country. We won a Good Food Award in 2018 for our Calabrese Salami.
