Growing up on a sailboat as a child had an impact on Amanda's artistic style. Many of her memories were of coastal marshes and wildlife. Although Amanda has a business degree, she enjoys using her artistic gift as a full-time artist. She traveled for many years displaying her art at juried fine art shows where she received awards for her art. She now spends her time creating art for the wholesale industry. Many stores and galleries throughout the South carry her line of art. Although it is a challenge to keep up with demand, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
