Aegean Roots Co. started from a love for entrepreneurship and has evolved into a recognizable Turkish Towel brand. As a multinational married couple from Turkey and America, we wanted to create something that blended both of our cultures and kept us rooted in our home, Turkey. We've used Turkish Towels, or peshtemals, for years and loved them. Today, we partner with several artisans in Turkey who handloom our Turkish towels from premium Turkish cotton. We've developed meaningful relationships with them and always select high-quality products at competitive pricing. Bringing the beauty and joy of Turkey to the US has been a blessing to our family. I love the product and want to order more for my business but the package came triple wrapped in plastic wrap! I am a plastic free eco good shop so this was upsetting and looked bad to our customers when it arrived. Please change this packaging practice, there is nothing breakable in the box.
