About This Little Candle Co

I started TLCC (This Little Candle Co) in the winter of 2019, shortly after my sister had two children. I realized her walls were turning black from the candles we were purchasing and did research on why it was happening. I found out that candles from large stores had toxic ingredients that were being released into the air and I wanted to ensure my niece and nephew and everyone else was safe. So, I did my research and started making soy candles from my kitchen. I ensured every ingredient was clean and chemical-free. I started to share them with friends and family and from the feedback, I decided it was time to scale up. I attended pop-ups, connected with local stores and flower shops, and started to really become active on Instagram. My goal was and still is to bring awareness to the ingredients in candles that can really cause harm. Read their story
