About DEKÚM

Derivatives de Kumquat is a young company created in Vélez de Benaudalla, on the Costa Tropical of Granada, in 2012. The objective of the creation of the company was to be able to develop a line of high quality products (delicatessen), based on kumquat as the main product. After several years of R&D, the Delgado brothers decided to plant their kumquat farms and set up a small packaging factory for the different products obtained from kumquat, under the Dekúm brand. Kumquat derivatives is an environmentally friendly project and we apply it to our manufacturing processes: -Organic production -0% waste throughout the production chain -Reuse of water used in industry for irrigation -Disinfection of industrial water through ultraviolet rays for the removal of chlorine in the process -Use of energy-efficient LED lights in the factory -Biological fight against predatorsRead their story
