About Barmalade

In 2015, the trend in alcoholic beverage consumption began shifting. The demand for quality, craft cocktails and all natural ingredients (specifically in food and drinks) increased. Barmalade® was created to solve the challenge of creating craft cocktails quickly for national restaurant and bar clients. While serving as bar manager for one of Dallas’ exclusive fine dining restaurants, Barmalade® co-founder, Jorge, noticed his clientele becoming frustrated because they had to wait so long for specialty cocktails to be hand-muddled. So, Jorge devised a unique process to eliminate the time-intensive steps related to hand-muddled cocktails. The delicious result is Barmalade®, offered in several unique and memorable flavor combinations like Mango-Habanero, Blood Orange-Guava, Grapefruit-Elderflower and Blackberry-Mint. As expected, guests of these establishments wanted to re-create their experience at home, which brought Barmalade to launch their retail line for the at-home cocktailian.
