Guidry Organic Farms' delicious and tasty pecan oil can be used the preparation any meal, including but not limited to, salad dressings; marinades; sautéing vegetables, fish, poultry, meat; creating a roux; as well as baking cookies, cakes, pastries, pies, etc. The smoke point of pecan oil (470 degrees) is one of the highest of all oils which makes it a great option for roasting and other preparation methods. Our pecan butter is decadent and delicious on all manner of dishes like bread, ice cream, in baked goods or by the spoonful! Our local, raw unfiltered honey is delicious and our Glazed Pecans are low-glycemic and packed full of flavor. Decades ago, Mark Guidry began dreaming of owning an all organic farming operation.
