Founded in 2021, The Just Brand is a design-forward brand and product studio creating premium apparel, headwear, and lifestyle goods rooted in coastal and classic American style. We blend influences from prep, sportswear, and streetwear, focusing on timeless silhouettes, quality materials, and thoughtful details. We operate two retail stores — Just Mystic in Mystic, CT and Just Portsmouth in Portsmouth, NH — and partner with retailers, institutions, and brands nationwide to design and produce custom wholesale collections. We’re sorry this retailer felt their experience did not meet expectations. We take partner feedback seriously and aim to respond quickly and thoughtfully whenever concerns arise. When this issue was first raised, we explained our production process and suggested that the retailer place the items on the floor and test them with customers. We also noted that if the concern proved to affect sell-through, we would be open to revisiting a return or refund at that time. Our goal was to work collaboratively toward a fair resolution while minimizing disruption for the retailer. We appreciate the feedback and will continue refining our production and communication processes as we grow.
