Hi, I’m Teresa Chan, when I set out to design my baby quilts and pot holders, I had a vision: to create something that feels like home. Inspired by my Asian American heritage, I wanted each quilt to celebrate culture in a way that was both beautiful and meaningful. I start with my own illustration and patterns, drawing on traditional motifs and reimagining them with fresh colors and playful designs onto fabric. My hope is that each quilt brings a sense of heritage to little ones, allowing them to grow up surrounded by the stories, beauty, and pride of their culture. But my work doesn’t stop at the design stage—I sew each quilt myself. This hands-on approach means each quilt carries a personal touch from start to finish, transforming it from a simple blanket into a keepsake filled with love and intention. My quilts offer not only warmth and comfort but a way to share identity and tradition—a gift that, I hope, will be cherished for generations. Read their story
