Their packaging is honestly some of the best I’ve seen — thermal wrap around the tray and cotton inside the dome so the plants don’t shift and stay perfectly hydrated. The pink bambino’s have been dying off daily. They were either bad quality or not ready to send. I’ve had so many rot away and I’m going to lose so much money on these. Every day I find a new one that’s completely crashed out. I’ve never had this experience with previous orders and I’m super disappointed. I most likely won’t order again if this is the type of product they send out.

We want to clarify that the plants were healthy when they left us, we even sent photos before shipping, and only one plant was reported with an issue at the time of arrival. Alocasia Bambino is a very sensitive variety, and it can sometimes react strongly to repotting or changes in environment, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
