About State 28 Farm

Founded in 2014, State 28 Farm is a small family farm and artisan food business nestled in Canton, Texas. What began as a dream of growing food and living closer to the land has grown into a thriving farm and kitchen where we craft fresh, flavorful products with care and purpose. We grow seasonal fruits, vegetables, and nutrient-dense microgreens, and we handcraft a wide variety of value added foods in our certified commercial kitchen- from artisan jams and boozy jams to pickles, salsas, freeze dried snacks, and microgreen powders. Every recipe is created in small batches, using simple ingredients and traditional methods, to highlight the natural flavors of Texas harvests. As proud GO TEXAN partners, we’re dedicated to supporting local agriculture and strengthening our communities food system. Today, you can find our products in over 35 retail and grocery stores across Texas, at local farmers markets, and right here at home in The Picket Fence, our general store in Canton.
