Refresh Wellness and Nail Care LLC is owned and operated by Taylor Manuel, a licensed Nail Technician that knew her clients still deserved clean and simple, self-pampering during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. After researching, trial & error, and lots of self-made formulas and product testing, Taylor decided to formulate and offer her products to her wonderful clients. In 2022, she decided to branch out into other bath and body items that not necessarily relate to foot, hand, and nail care. Refresh now offers simple and skin-loving, luxury-feeling products to everyone and not just her nail care clients. As we grow, Refresh Wellness and Nail Care LLC hopes to donate to the local community, providing foot care to those in need.
