About Graviss Studios

Graviss Studios is the home of artist, Debbie Graviss, who paints in pastels, oils, acrylics and mixed media. Her artwork reflects the joy she experiences when painting the beauty that surrounds all of us. The artist’s studio is tucked among the gentle rolling hills of the lovely Bluegrass State of Kentucky. The creator’s artistic endeavors were birthed out of her care and compassion for the many stray and homeless animals brought to her local humane society where she served as a volunteer for countless years. Many of these rescued animals appear in her work. Debbie and her husband, Joe, continue to faithfully support the Woodford Humane Society and the amazing and very necessary work they do. www.woodfordhumane.org Debbie purposefully supports her local print shop who uses acid free papers and archival quality inks to create high quality note cards, greeting cards, fine art prints and other beautiful gift items. All products from her original artwork are carefully completed and packaged by hand in the artist’s studio. Subject matter includes domestic and wildlife animals, landscapes, floral and spiritual works, with a good dose of humor appearing in the line of greeting cards. Debbie and her husband live on a farm in bountiful Woodford County, with a stray cat named Juni and a plethora of wildlife, many of whom end up in her artwork. It is this creator’s desire that her artwork shares the joy of The Creator and all the beauty that abundantly envelops us. Read their story
