Anna Balkan began designing jewelry shortly after the birth of her daughter, Alexandra, inspired by a deep desire to create beauty with meaning. A political refugee from Ukraine, Anna came to the U.S. seeking a fresh start and found her voice through design. Within her first year, her colorful, handcrafted pieces were picked up by Bloomingdale’s and Harold’s and featured in InStyle magazine—validating her creative path. In 2008, she left the corporate world to pursue jewelry full time, building a brand rooted in individuality, color, and story. Each piece she creates combines rich gemstones, artistic harmony, and versatility—meant to uplift, inspire, and reflect the wearer’s unique spirit.
