I placed my order over a month ago and experienced significant delays with no communication regarding items being out of stock. I was never notified or given the option to wait or cancel. Only after I requested to cancel my order did it suddenly ship. This is unacceptable customer service. I am requesting a resolution, including a refund for the delayed/out-of-stock items and clarification on why there was no communication.
