This is not an easy treat to make: Each soft & buttery cake layer is only millimeters thick, and the temperature needs to be carefully controlled to keep it moist enough for rolling. Kouklet's flour, butter, and eggs are all locally-sourced and the fillings are made with real fruit. Guava is the most traditional filling (Kouklet imports guavas straight from Brazil), but we're shaking things up with a wide variety of special fillings like vegan carrot & chocolate, passion fruit, and even birthday cake.
