“La Rue des Biscuits” is an artisanal family biscuit factory created in 2013, in a small village in the Luberon. All cookies are made from organic flour, AOP butter from Isigny, free-range eggs, French sugar, as well as many other ingredients from organic farming, local or regional. We make 17 types of sweet and savory biscuits, examples: shortbread cookies with lavender flowers, orange blossom shuttles, our shortbread cookies with “lavender honey from our village” and organic whole sesame, savory biscuits with IGP cheese from Laguiole or even Bardouin pastis. We make it a point of honor to make quality products. As much by their ingredients as by their tastes! Read their story
