Founded in 2006, Overwrought Garden Art is a business dedicated to creating beautiful hand-made decorative metal garden art. Owner and artisan David Dawson has a background in welding and a passion for design. He decided to bring those two elements together to create Overwrought Garden Art. Originally with a focus on making gates, our range has since expanded to now include wall art, garden art, sculptures, furniture, fire pits, bird baths and privacy screens. Overwrought Garden Art's extensive collection is registered with Australian Made, and we use sustainable practices with an extensive solar system to power our production, and we ensure our waste is recycled, turning our offcuts into new steel. Overwrought Garden Art is located in Blampied in Central Victoria. In early 2015 we relocated our production from our former site in Daylesford to a five acre property in the lush potato growing region of Blampied. A massive farm shed that once housed semi trailers for cattle transport has been reftitted to produce our ever growing range of handmade products. From here we ship our products all over the world. We are proud to be a family owned local Manufacturer bringing jobs to the region and boosting the local economy.
