Ritzy textiles was founded by women entrepreneurs inspired to design and develop timeless, durable wool blankets for the modern home. It all starts with quality materials. We source the finest raw wool fibre from producers committed to ethical farming practices and animal welfare. Our producers practice environmental responsibility throughout the manufacturing process, using 98% renewable energy under Carbon Neutral Certification, and OEKO-Tex Certification, as well as social responsibility towards families and people involved. Practicing a more mindful approach to consumption by buying less buying better is at the core of our brand identity. Observance of our foundational values of durability, sustainability and comfort is intuitively intrinsic to our production process. Adhering to minimal and natural processing of the wool used in the making of our blankets, ensures durability and longevity of the final product. Wool that is processed naturally retains all its bounce and insulating properties. The result is a blanket that retains its shape, resists pilling and lasts long enough to pass onto the next generation. We proudly support small family mills, employing local community artisans.
