Staccato Roasters started with a simple idea: if we're going to put our name on a coffee, it should be one we'd gladly drink ourselves. We source specialty coffees from outstanding producers around the world, then spend the time to develop roast profiles that bring out what makes each coffee unique. Every coffee is roasted, cupped, compared, and refined through blind tasting before it ever becomes part of our lineup. We're a small Minneapolis roastery, which means we can focus on quality instead of volume. Rather than offering dozens of coffees, we'd rather offer a handful that we've spent the time to get right. You'll find us online and at local Minneapolis markets, where we love sharing samples, talking coffee, and hearing what people enjoy. Those conversations help shape what we roast next.
