Newly designed and created by our founder (Tom Cholewa) who came out of retirement after a 40-year career in the Commercial Art field to design a new form of puzzle company. Their resemblance to a star was our idea behind naming the company, Starz Puzzles. Each Starz puzzle is individually laser cut, after which the puzzle is inspected for any imperfection and then lightly sanded. The chosen image is then UV Printed directly on to the Maple wood puzzle. This patented cutting and printing process assures a true reproduction of the artist's image and colors.
