About Lady Fortunes Inc

Daria Artem founded Lady Fortunes Inc in 2004 after she began using giant fortune cookies in her PR and marketing business, ArtemPR. Pretty soon, clients began ordering her giant fortune cookies for personal events and occasions- and a new company was born! As a child, Daria grew up in the Projects. She suffered from a rare auto-immune disorder that forced her to eat nothing but brown rice and water. She dreamed of having a chocolate factory- so when the opportunity arose, she and her then fiance took their Wedding money and invested it in the business instead. Daria and her husband work together. It is a family run business where even her dad and kids are involved. Daria enjoys cooking, and studies martial arts - she is a second degree black belt in taekwondo with a specialty in swords, and is working towards a black belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu. She is also completing her Juris Doctor in 2022 and plans to take the CA Bar Exam. Read their story
