D-Art Collection, Inc was actually started in 1999 as the sales office/warehouse to represent our own home furnishing factories in Indonesia. We specialize in real wood and other natural resources to make our products. During the year 1998-1999, the economy in Southeast Asian countries was going thru' very tough times and the currencies had dropped so much against US dollar, making it very affordable to import from Asia to US. However, this booming in export import, especially in Home Furnishings line, caused many kinds of merchandises brought here were not being carefully inspected and many of them were in poor quality. We wanted to be different by holding up certain good standard in quality and price. Talk is cheap if we do not walk the walk. Therefore, we opened our office warehouse to assure our distribution partners about our values. Read their story
